Basically this really was his own fault for not looking after his property in the right way. This one has to be the worst one simply because he defaulted to $823,48836 on his mortgage and then told the world this year that he was bankrupt, ouch.

Do not forget Evander Holyfield

A double knockout for this guy as he has almost lost his home twice simply because he cannot pay off his whopping $10 million mortgage. The place in questions has a stupid amount of rooms maxing at 109 which is surely not necessary at all. If only this guy had just settled for the mere 100 rooms he would not be having these problems?

The Famous Jackson

Although he was a brilliant singer that sadly passed away earlier this year, he really didn’t look after his money very well. Almost getting evicted from his Neverland Ranch he was saved and managed to keep it. He is now buried there. That is the end of that really, no need to go on any further.

So what happens if you are in need of site clearance? If you do try do get people out yourself then you will certainly get in trouble so is it worth doing it yourself. Get a company to do it for you, then you can put up security fencing and hire in some vacant property security. The problem is that once you have people out of the area you are certainly going to get more people attempting to get in which is why something like the above is certainly going to be needed.
